An Interview with Khun Pear: A Relative's Experience at KIN Stroke Rehabilitation Center

An Interview with Khun Pear: A Relative's Experience at KIN Stroke Rehabilitation Center

Today, we are interviewing Ms. Prae, a family member of a patient who received rehabilitation services at KIN – Rehabilitation.

Interviewer: Hello, Ms. Prae.

Ms. Prae: Hello.

Interviewer: Let us begin with the first question. How did you learn about KIN?

Ms. Prae: I searched online for a center that provides both care and rehabilitation for people affected by stroke.

Interviewer: Why did you choose our center for rehabilitation?

Ms. Prae: I researched the center online and found that it specializes directly in caring for people affected by stroke and also has its own clinic. I chose KIN because, first, it is close to our home, and second, it is close to a hospital, making travel and medical appointments more convenient.

Interviewer: What rehabilitation goals did you establish for the patient?

Ms. Prae: My primary goal was for my partner to regain the ability to perform daily activities. I also wanted him to receive physical rehabilitation and stimulation so that he could eventually return to living as normally as possible.

Interviewer: How has the patient progressed? Are you satisfied, and has he reached the goals you initially established?

Ms. Prae: He has improved significantly and has progressed to the level we initially hoped for. He has become more conscious and responsive and has started to move his body.

Interviewer: So he is now conscious and aware of what is happening around him?

Ms. Prae: Yes.

Interviewer: What has impressed you about our KIN center?

Ms. Prae: First of all, I am impressed by the facility, its cleanliness, the care, and the attentiveness of the staff. The center is well equipped in terms of both professional personnel and rehabilitation equipment. Everything has been very good, and I am very impressed.

Interviewer: Finally, is there anything you would like to share with our viewers?

Ms. Prae: Anyone who has a family member, someone close to them, or a loved one affected by stroke can consider coming here. The care is very good, with physicians, a nursing team, and many professionals working together to look after each patient.

Interviewer: Finally, everyone at KIN would like to sincerely thank you for joining us for this interview today. Thank you for trusting us to care for your loved one. We truly appreciate your time today.
