Simple Movements to Try at Home
Long periods of sitting for work or study may contribute to back discomfort in some people, but back pain usually has multiple possible causes. This video presents four gentle movements that may help some people manage temporary stiffness or discomfort. Move only within a comfortable range and stop if pain worsens, spreads into a leg, or is accompanied by numbness, weakness, dizziness, or new bladder or bowel problems.
