On 6 November 2025 Kin Origin Wellness Center, a comprehensive health-rehabilitation centre, welcomed participants from the Advanced Executive Programme in Trade and Commerce, TEPCoT Class 17, to attend “Wellness Estate Opportunity, The Brilliant” and learn about the development concept behind a Wellness Estate, visit a model comprehensive healthcare centre, and exchange perspectives on investment opportunities in the high-growth wellness business together with a partner such as Britania.
Learning About Wellness Estate Opportunities Through a Real Project
The Wellness Estate Opportunity, The Brilliant event was designed as an Opportunity Sharing platform for executives and entrepreneurs in TEPCoT Class 17 to learn about the development concept of a “Wellness Estate” through case studies and the actual facilities at Kin Origin Wellness Center, which brings healthcare and rehabilitation services together in one location.
The centre includes a physical therapy hospital, specialist medical clinics, a stroke-rehabilitation and elderly-care centre, a Sleep Lab, accommodation for health rehabilitation, and a range of wellness programmes. This allowed participants to see a practical model integrating “residential living–medical care–investment.”

The event was honoured by Dr Thongchai Chokthanomsap, Chief Executive Officer, and Asst. Prof. Chawakij Phumiboonchu, MD, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Kin Origin, together with Mr Siripong Srisawangwong, Executive Director of Britania Public Company Limited. They welcomed the guests, shared strategic perspectives, and conveyed experience in building partnerships between the real-estate and healthcare sectors.
The presentation covered the wellness-market outlook in Thailand and the region, Health & Wellness investment trends, opportunities related to the Britania Wellness Residence, and Kin Origin’s role as a medical and rehabilitation partner helping elevate long-term residential standards.

The event was more than a visit to a health-rehabilitation centre. It also served as a networking platform for executives in trade, commerce, real estate, and healthcare to identify business opportunities through the Wellness Estate and Health-integrated Community models.
Participants shared dinner, held in-depth discussions, and connected opportunities leading to New Business through both investment in Britania’s new projects and collaboration in the steadily growing wellness sector.
