Safety: Perform the movements slowly and within a comfortable range. Stop if there is sharp pain, swelling, increasing numbness, tingling, or worsening weakness. Sudden weakness or numbness in one hand or arm—especially with facial drooping, speech difficulty, severe headache, dizziness, or loss of balance—requires urgent medical assessment. Persistent or progressive weakness should be assessed before continuing a general exercise program.
