Close Care Every Second Creates an Opportunity for Recovery

Stroke rehabilitation after hospital discharge is not only about time. It requires continuous, attentive, and precise care at every moment.

Charoenwit is one of the patients receiving rehabilitation at KIN Origin after experiencing an acute ischemic stroke. The family’s greatest concern was:

Our answer is: Yes. We provide care 24 hours a day.

The nursing and care assistant team at KIN Origin is at the heart of holistic rehabilitation.
We check Charoenwit’s condition every four hours, including measuring vital signs, assessing his level of consciousness, providing professional assistance with activities of daily living, and closely managing medication and nutrition, so that his body can respond to rehabilitation as effectively as possible.

We also coordinate with physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists to provide real-time condition updates and report daily rehabilitation sessions and activities. Information is shared with the family every day.

Most importantly, we

encourage both Charoenwit and his family
so they know that he is not facing this journey alone,
because rehabilitation cannot afford to miss even a single moment.
